Alternatively, you can turn on/off Announce Notifications from the Control Center. Swipe down the top right screen and tap the Announce Notifications to enable/disable.
Or, take out one of your AirPods to stop Siri from letting you know about the incoming notifications when you are getting multiple notifications at once.
With this feature disabled, you won’t hear any Siri notifications from apps like Reminder, email, and other supported apps on your AirPods anymore.
You will get the notifications on your iPhone, though.

Your AirPods and compatible headphones should be paired with iPhone or iPad device with iOS 15.
