How to use AnyDesk
To use AnyDesk, you need to install the software on both your local computer (the one you want to access remotely) and the remote computer (the one you want to use to control the local computer). Here are the steps to follow:
- Download and install AnyDesk on both local and remote computers.
- On the local computer, open AnyDesk and click on the “Menu” button in the top-right corner, then select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
- In the “Security” tab, click on the “Show ID” button to display the local computer’s AnyDesk ID.
- On the remote computer, open AnyDesk and enter the local computer’s AnyDesk ID in the “Remote Desk” field, then click on the “Connect” button.
- A window will appear on the local computer’s screen, asking if you want to allow the remote connection. Click on “Allow” to establish the connection.
- Once the connection is established, you will be able to access and control the local computer from the remote computer, as if you were sitting in front of it.
Note: If you want to disconnect the remote connection, you can do so by clicking on the “Menu” button in the top-right corner of the AnyDesk window on the remote computer and selecting “Disconnect” from the drop-down menu.
